What You Would Do at MedAlert

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth within the healthcare sector. You will build and maintain relationships with clinics and healthcare providers, present our innovative AI-driven platform, and guide prospects through the sales cycle. Your goal is to expand MedAlert’s presence in the international market, focusing on increasing the number of consultations and lab tests through our system.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the healthcare industry, particularly for clinics and hospitals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various regions.
  • Present MedAlert’s AI-driven solutions to key stakeholders and decision-makers in the medical field.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.
  • Provide feedback from the market to influence future product developments.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with international sales and understanding of the medical landscape in different countries.
  • Strong understanding of medical practices and the challenges faced by clinics and hospitals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.
  • Experience in a startup environment is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
