What you'd do

As a Community Manager at MedAlert, you will be the voice and face of our brand, responsible for building and nurturing relationships with our online community. You will manage our social media channels, engage with our audience, and create content that resonates with healthcare professionals and patients alike. Your role will also involve monitoring feedback, fostering a positive community culture, and driving engagement across all platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to build and engage the MedAlert community.
  • Manage and grow our social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
  • Create, curate, and share engaging content, including posts, articles, and videos.
  • Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and supportive community atmosphere.
  • Monitor online conversations and provide feedback to the team to improve our services.
  • Organize and manage community events, webinars, and online discussions.
  • Analyze social media metrics and report on the effectiveness of community engagement efforts.

Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in social media management or community building, preferably in healthcare or technology.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools and reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for healthcare and technology, with a deep understanding of the needs and concerns of our audience.
