What you'd do
As a Frontend Engineer at MedAlert, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the user interfaces that our healthcare professionals rely on every day. You will work closely with our design and backend teams to create seamless, responsive, and visually appealing applications. Your role will involve translating design mockups into functional code, optimizing performance, and ensuring a top-notch user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Who we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
- Understanding of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
